### Demystifying viticulture and vinification

This wiki was started when I was studying and preparing to sit for my WSET Level 3 (see more information about this below). In building this wiki, I hope to demystify what viticulture and vinification is all about and make it accessible to more people so that they can enjoy these gifts that God has given the world.

### About WSET Level 3

Wine & Spirits Education Trust (WSET) Level 3 is an intermediate level qualification in wine and spirits. It is designed to provide a detailed understanding of the factors influencing the production of wine and spirits, including viticulture and vinification, grape varieties, regions, and styles. It covers the following content:
